    Council is seeking public comment on this proposal prior to an assessment of the application being reported to Council. The application seeks to amend the Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 by amending the zoning from IN2: Light Industrial to B7: Business Park, by increasing the maximum height from 11 metres to 15 metres and by increasing the maximum floor space ratio from 1:1 to 1.5:1.

    The proposal and relevant documents can be viewed between Saturday 10th December 2016 and 11 January 2017 at Council's Customer Service Centres at 1 Park Street, Mona Vale, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, 1 Belgrave Street, Manly and 59A Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon Beach during business hours, and at www.pittwater.nsw.gov.au/tracking. searching for application PP0004/16.

    Any person may make a written submission. This must be addressed to the Interim General Manager, marked with the application number, and must be submitted by 11 January 2017. These will be taken into account during the assessment process, provided they are relevant to the application. If required, submissions must be accompanied by a Political Donations and Gifts Disclosure Statement which can be downloaded at www.pittwater.nsw.gov.au/forms.
