    Re-notification (Non-Statutory) of Planning Proposal Application PP0002/16 at 9, 11, 12 & 13 Fern Creek Road, Warriewood (Lots 11, 12 & 13 DP 1092788 and Lot 5 DP 736961) (PP0002/16).

    Council has received amended and additional information regarding the above Planning Proposal and is seeking public comment prior to an assessment of the application being reported to Council. The application seeks to amend the Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 to create the southern portion of the planned Central Local Park, Warriewood Valley.
