Council’s draft Delivery Program 2014-2018 (including Operational Plan 2014-2015) and Long Term Financial Plan 2014-2024 is on exhibition until Friday 30 May 2014. Council is seeking community input into the proposed program of works before finalising the budget in June.

The Delivery Program outlines the projects Council will implement over the next four years to help meet the aspirations of the Warringah Community Strategic Plan. The Operational Plan (including Fees and Charges) details those services and projects that Council will implement over the next 12 months.

The Delivery Program also contains the projects proposed to be funded from the Special Rate Variation that Council has applied for.

The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) will make a decision on the Rate Variation in mid-June and, the draft Program contains two scenarios to show Council’s plans both with and without a rate variation.

Have your say on the plans as they will guide decision making at Council for the next four years.
