    Consultation for this project has finished

    Following a meeting on Tuesday 15 December 2015, we resolved to authorise a 1 metre wide easement to drain water within Wareham Reserve Frenchs Forest (Lot 38 DP215216) in favour of 31 Forest Way Frenchs Forest (Lot 8 DP 23064).

    In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, we are considering granting an easement to drain water, 1.0 metre wide and approximately 17 metres in length, to Jarvis Brooks Investments Pty Ltd, the current owner of 31 Forest Way Frenchs Forest (being Lot 8 DP 23064) over part of Council land known as Wareham Reserve (being Lot 38 DP 215216).

    The purpose of formalising an easement is to enable the construction of an underground stormwater drainage pipe within Wareham Reserve. The proposed easement is to be granted in perpetuity.

    On 16 December 2014, Council adopted the proposal of formalising an easement to enable the construction of an underground stormwater drainage pipe within King Street Reserve.


    In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Warringah Council hereby gave notice of its intention to consider granting an easement to drain water, 1.0 metre wide and approximately 25 metres in length, to S Bowles, the current owner of 50 Sunshine Street, Manly Vale (being Lots 50 & 51 DP 11320) over part of Council land known as King Street Reserve (being Lot 149 DP 11320).

    The purpose of formalising an easement is to satisfy Sydney Water requirements to protect the existing line of water pipes servicing the Kimbriki Resource Recovery Centre. The proposed easement is to be granted in perpetuity.
