    Northern Beaches Council has received a draft Planning Proposal to amend Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 (PLEP 2014), as it applies to 6 Jacksons Road, 10 and 12 Boondah Road, Warriewood, including the following:

    • rezone this land from RU2 Rural Landscape to R3 Medium Density Residential, B2 Local Centre, RE1 Public Recreation and E3 Environmental Management;
    • increase the maximum permitted building height from 8.5m to 15m in the proposed R3 zone and 18.5m in the proposed B2 zone;
    • introduce a floor space ratio of 1.2:1 in the proposed B2 zone and;
    • introduce a dwelling density range of between 25 and 30 dwellings for the site.
