    We have received a planning proposal to amend the Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 (WLEP 2011) to allow additional permitted uses at 729-731 Pittwater Road, Dee Why. The site is currently used as a Medical Centre and is zoned ‘R3 Medium Density Residential’. The proposal is to permit the additional uses of a ‘Medical Centre’ and ‘Office Premises’ on the site.
