Background

In accordance with Section 3.21 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016, and Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, as the Crown Land Manager of the Mona Vale Village (R1004448 and 1004449) Reserve, Northern Beaches Council gives public notice of its intention to grant a lease for five years to Koo Hong Min and Seong Ok Min to operate a cafe restaurant within Village Park, 1 Park Street, Mona Vale.

The land is also known as part of Lot 100 DP 1047405.

The proposed lease agreement will enable the lessee to use the Crown land as a café restaurant.

The granting of the lease is subject to the payment of a lease fee and Council approval.
