Lease granted October 2020

Background

Under s154 of the Roads Act 1993, we considered and granted the renewal of two road reserve leases for a term of five years to

  1. Tuxfend Pty Ltd (owner of Lot 1 SP76027) for the existing restaurant premise (area of approx. 74.8 square metres),
  2. The Owners of Strata Plan 76027 (8-13 South Steyne, Manly) for the existing stairs, ramp entry and hotel foyer (area of approx. 26.9 square metres).
