The application was approved by the Roads Asset team on 30 October 2019.
The lease was supported as per the Development Application and earlier negotiations. The parking will benefit already restricted on-road parking.
Under Section 154 of the Roads Act 1993, we intend to consider a lease for a term of five (5) years to the owner of 19 Rayner Road, Whale Beach (Lot 128 DP11933).
The purpose of the proposed lease is for a hardstand parking area. (approx. 16.2 m2)
