Background

Under s154 of the Roads Act 1993, we are considering the renewal of a road reserve lease for a term of five years to the owner of 144 Upper Clontarf Street, North Balgowlah for an area of approximately 87.5 square metres adjoining that property.

The purpose of the proposed lease renewal is to formalise the existing use of the land containing a timber deck and fenced area for residential use on part of Council's road reserve.
