    The sports fields at LM Graham Reserve Fairlight are utilised year-round; with 2.5 soccer pitches, a cricket pitch and basketball court. The Reserve also includes an off-leash dog area, amenities and kiosk, groundsmen shed and plant building for the adjacent swimming pool.

    The proposal is to demolish the current amenities building in the south of the reserve (near Balgowlah Road) and to extend the existing co-generation plant building to incorporate -

    • enlarged change rooms
    • separate male, female and accessible toilets
    • additional sports storage
    • expanded canteen/kiosk

    The additions to the building will not affect the operation of the co-generation plant in any way.
