Preliminary Notification (Non Statutory) of Planning Proposal Application at 15 Jubilee Avenue, Warriewood (Lot 202 DP 1019363) was given in late December 2016.
At that time, we sought public comment on the proposal prior to an assessment of the application being reported to Council. The application seeks to amend the Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 by amending the zoning from IN2: Light Industrial to B7: Business Park, by increasing the maximum height from 11 metres to 15 metres and by increasing the maximum floor space ratio from 1:1 to 1.5:1.
The proposal and relevant documents could be viewed between Saturday 10th December 2016 and 11 January 2017 at Council's Customer Service Centres

Any person can make a written submission. It must be addressed to the Interim General Manager, marked with the application number . These will be taken into account during the assessment process, provided they are relevant to the application. If required, submissions must be accompanied by a Political Donations and Gifts Disclosure Statement
