Quick Poll - Facade and number of car spaces

17 May 2017

We are working together with the Church Point Aesthetics Advisory Group on the preferred facade and layout of the car park and we seek your feedback on the proposed options.

A curved façade to match the radius of the new road will improve the visual appeal of the car park, however will result in the net loss of three standard car spaces and the conversion of two standard car spaces to small car spaces only.

Option 1:

Slight curved facade

  • Curve on the façade is slight to maximise the total floor area of the top level of the car park
  • This will provide a total of 133 car spaces. This is made up of four disabled spaces and 129 standard car spaces.

Option 2:

Curved façade to match the radius of the new road

  • Slightly smaller floor area to accommodate a prominent curve to match the new road alignment
  • This will provide a total of 130 car spaces. Made up two small car only spaces, four disabled spaces and 124 standard car spaces.
