AFZ re-established

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on this proposal.

At the meeting on 27 July, Council endorsed the re-establishment of the Alcohol Free Zone in Collaroy for a period of 4 years, from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2025.

About the Collaroy AFZ

The Collaroy Alcohol Free Zone is bounded by Pittwater Road between Brissenden Avenue to the south and Jenkins Street to the north.

AFZs cover public roads, footpaths, car parks and laneways in designated areas only.

The existing Collaroy AFZ will expire on 2 September 2021. The proposal was to re-establish the AFZ from the period of 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2025.

Submissions closed Sunday 18 July 2021.
