Council outcome
The Customer Experience Strategy (Strategy) was adopted by Council with amendments on 17 March 2026.
The Strategy sharpens how we deliver services and make life easier. It was evident from the community consultation process that you want things to be quick, easy and tailored to what you really need.
Starting from the 2026/27 financial year, the focus will be on boosting digital access, cutting down on red tape, creating positive interactions and making sure community feedback shapes undertakings.
