On Tue 25 Sep, Council resolved to amend Council’s four Development Control Plans (DCP) to address the new State Government tree and vegetation removal requirements, standardise waste management requirements across Council, and reference recent amendments to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
The amended DCPs come into effect Saturday 20 October 2018.
