Council has received an Offer to Enter into a Planning Agreement with the developer of 16 Macpherson Street, Warriewood (VPA2023/0001)which involves the developer delivering infrastructure as Works-In-Kind, as the infrastructure proposed is identified in the Warriewood Valley Contributions Plan.

The draft VPA relates to a Development Application (DA2023/0669) for the construction of 28 dwellings at 16 Macpherson Street, Warriewood was approved by the Land and Environment Court on 28 November 2024.

At a meeting on 18 February 2025, Council resolved to publicly exhibit the draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) and Explanatory Note.
