In November 2024, the Local Traffic Committee deferred this matter pending further investigations. These investigations are now complete and have determined that the project is not viable. As a result, the project will not be proceeding at this time.
Council is proposing to construct pedestrian refuges at the roundabout on the Ponderosa Parade and Jubilee Avenue intersection, as identified in the Warriewood Valley Roads Masterplan.
We have previously consulted the community via the Warriewood Contribution Plan (Appendix B) on this project and have now refined the design.
This proposal will improve safety for all road users and pedestrians. View the concept plan below.
