Draft Compliance and Enforcement Policy

Prior to amalgamation, each of the three former Councils had their own compliance and enforcement policies which were carried over to the new Council. The purpose of the Draft Compliance and Enforcement Policy is to support a single enforcement approach across the northern beaches and to provide for consistency and transparency in decision making.
