Proposed Easement over Wareham Reserve, Frenchs Forest

Easement granted

We notified you of a proposal to grant an easement over Council’s Community Land known as Wareham Reserve (Lot 38 DP 215216) to the owner of 29 Forest Way, Frenchs Forest.

The purpose of the easement is for the drainage of stormwater.

The proposal was exhibited between Friday 30 June and Sunday 30 July 2023. We received one submission seeking additional information, but no objections were raised. You can read more in the Summary Report of Public Notification.

The easement, which will be permanent, has been granted, subject to the payment of a compensation fee in accordance with Council’s Fees and Charges.

This notice of the proposed easement was given in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
