We proposed to grant a road reserve lease for another five years to the owner/s of 3A Paling Place, Beacon Hill.

The purpose of the proposed lease is for the continued parking of motor vehicles and garage. View the lease plan below.

We exhibited the proposal between Friday 5 May and Sunday 4 June 2023, and no submissions were received. As such, Council will proceed with granting the road reserve as notified.

This public notice was given in accordance with Section 154 of the Roads Act 1993. Any person is entitled to make a submission to Council with respect to the proposed lease.
