Council is preparing a Landscape Plan for Manly Lagoon Reserve.

We have received a Gateway Determination from the Department of Planning and Environment for a Planning Proposal to amend Schedule 1 of Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 to include ‘Medical Centre’ and ‘Office Premises’ as additional permitted uses on the site at 729-731 Pittwater Rd, Dee Why.

Council is seeking community feedback on a planning proposal for Dee Why Town Centre to amend the Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 (WLEP2011) to implement the recommendations of the Dee Why Town Centre Masterplan (2013).

An amendment to the Warringah Development Control Plan 2011 (WDCP 2011) accompanies the Planning Proposal.

Council is upgrading sportsground lighting at a number of sites across the northern beaches.
