4 days agoWe have received a Gateway Determination from the Department of Planning and Environment for a Planning Proposal to amend Schedule 1 of Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 to include ‘Medical Centre’ and ‘Office Premises’ as additional permitted uses on the site at 729-731 Pittwater Rd, Dee Why.
