Howard Avenue was identified in both the Warringah Bike Plan (2010) and the Dee Why Town Centre Masterplan (2013) as a priority for a bike route between Dee Why Town Centre and Dee Why Beach.

The proposed shared path will allow pedestrians and cyclist to use the same path, providing safer connectivity from Dee Why Town Centre to Dee Why Beach.

Based on previous consultation with 5 strategic reference groups, we have now developed preliminary design plans for the northern side of Howard Avenue and would like to hear your valued feedback.
