We have completed significant streetscape works to improve resident safety and access as part of the Dee Why Centre Masterplan. Improvements have been made to:

• Pittwater Road
• Oaks Avenue
• Pacific Parade
• Howard Avenue
• St David’s Avenue

The upgrades of streetscapes and planting urban street trees has improved the greenery and overall aesthetic of Dee Why and rectified years of damaged infrastructure.

Works included:

• New paved pedestrian and outdoor dining areas
• New kerb and gutter
• New drainage pits
• Upgraded pedestrian crossings
• Garden beds, street furniture, and landscaping
• 21 news trees (plus another 11 as part of other developments)
• Improved street lighting and decorative lighting
• 14 bike racks
• 204 new seats
