A Review of Councils’ Development Control Plans (DCPs) identified that the Manly and Pittwater DCPs currently satisfy the DIAP requirements (requiring between 10% and 50% of adaptable housing depending on development type).

The draft Dee Why Town Centre Development Contributions Plan, which proposes changes to Warringah DCP will also meet this standard, as it requires 10% adaptable housing. The Warringah DCP 2011 does not currently have provisions for adaptable housing.
