There is a report going to Council on Tuesday 24 September recommending that the draft document, supporting preliminary technical studies and community engagement reports, be placed on public exhibition.
The Council Meeting will be held at 6pm at the Dee Why Civic Centre.
Public exhibition is scheduled for 27 September to 10 November 2019.
