We received a planning proposal on 26 July 2019 that seeks to amend Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013 (MLEP 2013) to rezone certain lands within the Dalwood Home Site at 21 Dalwood Avenue, Seaforth from SP2 Infrastructure and E2 Environmental Conservation to R2 Low Density Residential and E4 Environmental Living for future residential use.

The Planning Proposal would allow residential use on certain lands within the site.

In accordance with the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 Council is assessing the proposal to determine whether there is merit to proceed as an amendment to Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013 (MLEP 2013).
