Between 18 November and 18 December 2022 we exhibited our proposal to grant an easement for stormwater drainage over Council’s Community Land known as Allington Reserve (Lot 2 DP 513295) to Lightning Property Developments Pty Ltd, the owner of 51 Kalang Road, Elanora Heights.

We received one submission, which supported the proposal. You can view the community engagement report here.

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback. At its meeting on Tuesday 23 May, Council adopted the recommendation to grant the easement, subject to the applicant funding all costs associated with granting the proposed easement and associated Positive Covenant, in accordance with Council’s Fees and Charges.

This notice of the proposed easement was given in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
