Reviewing feedback

We are currently considering an application for the formal closure of a portion of public road reserve land in front of 107 Clontarf Street, Seaforth.

The proposed area of the road reserve closure is approximately 75.6sqm (12.19m by 6.2m).

The purpose of the closure is to enable the sale of the subject land to the adjoining owner at 107 Clontarf Street (Lot 1 DP 119074). This will resolve ownership of the road reserve land upon which a garage is constructed.

Council gave notice about the proposal under Section 38B of the Roads Act 1993.

We asked you to view the proposed road closure plan below and learn more about the proposal in the frequently asked questions (FAQ) section. This includes information relating to the development consent for the garage.

We invited submissions between 9 September 2022 and 10 October 2022.

Any person is entitled to make submissions to Council with respect to the closing of the road reserve.
