Eight members of the group were able to attend the first session.

The focus of the first meeting was to provide the Avalon CRG with information and feedback on the range of community engagement activities held between May and August 2018 (Stage 1 engagement).

The CRG undertook two workshop activities that focused on refining the community vision and further developing an understanding of the Care Factor Values and priorities gathered during Stage 1 engagement and what they mean in the Avalon context.

The second Avalon CRG workshop is scheduled for 15 November 2018. At the workshop the CRG will hear from technical experts and work with Council to identify opportunities for addressing the key priorities and directions.

Council will also discuss permission to post the names of the representatives with the CRG members at the next meeting.

What’s Next?
