We gave notice of our intention to grant a road reserve lease for another five (5) years to the owner/s of 1 Rowe Street, Freshwater, in accordance with Section 154 of the Roads Act 1993.
The purpose of the proposed lease is for the encroachment of a retaining wall and metal shed on the road reserve of Oliver Street, Freshwater.
We exhibited the proposal between Friday 24 February and Sunday 26 March 2023 and received no submissions, and the lease has been granted as proposed.
