  • Proposed Road Reserve Closure – parcels adjacent to North and South Steyne

    Under Section 38B of the Roads Act 1993, Council gives notice of its proposal to close several parcels of land adjacent to North and South Steyne.

    The land parcels under consideration are comprised of Council public road reserves:

    South Steyne

    · adjoining 28-29 South Steyne, Manly (Lot 7 DP 861591),

    · adjoining 30-32 South Steyne, Manly (Lot 10 & 11 DP 861592, Lot 2 DP 1030165); and

    · adjoining 33 South Steyne, Manly (Lot 1 DP 1030165)

    North Steyne

    · adjoining 42 North Steyne, Manly (Lot 1 DP 1034722)

    Upon closure of the above-listed parcels, Council intends to transfer the road reserve to the respective adjoining landowners.

    The land parcels under consideration are comprised of Council public road reserves:
