    In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, Northern Beaches Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider granting a five (5) year licence to the business trading as Twist Espresso and Wine, to use the 28.3sqm of Council Land located at 27 Howard Avenue Dee Why (being part of Lot 15 Sec 16 DP 8172).

    The purpose of the licence agreement is to enable the applicant to operate its business on Council Land to provide seating and other dining facilities to customers of the adjoining restaurant. The licence is subject to the payment of a licence fee and Council approval.

    Under s47A of the Local Government Act 1993, public notice is given of intention to extend the lease term with Warringah Golf Club Limited ACN 000 085 601 for one year, from 1 September 2019, for the land known as Warringah Golf Course (Lots 1 & 7 DP829465 - part Lots 2742 and 2743 in DP752038), being part of the land in Certificate of Title Volume 13394 Folio 147 at Condamine Street, Manly Vale.

    On 16 April 2019, Council resolved to authorise a 20-year lease to Warringah Golf Club Limited. The one-year extension will ensure a lease remains in place whilst the terms of the 20-year lease are finalised.

    The purpose of the lease is for a golf course and associated uses.

    The granting of the licence is subject to the payment of a licence fee and Council approval.
